At Pinaken, we allow you to have a hassle-free shopping experience. Also, you get a chance to cancel or return your ordered item within 15 days of being delivered at your doorstep.
A fixed amount of 100 INR would be charged on all your orders as a “Convenience Fee”. This charge cannot be refunded if an order is cancelled after the shipping or if it is returned.
If you wish to cancel your order, you can email us at firstname.lastname@example.org along with your order details within 6 hours of your purchase (unless your order has already been shipped).
If you wish to cancel the entire order, you need to call us on our customer care no. or mail us on email@example.com.
Pinaken’s product return policy lasts 30 days. If you’re late (30 days have gone by since your purchase), regrettably we can’t proffer you return, refund or exchange. Moreover, unless the item is faulty, the only provision for accepting any return is that the product must be unused and should be in the original form as it was delivered.
Please ensure that the products are not used, altered, washed, damaged or soiled. They should retain the original tags and accessories. The branded packaging should also be returned in an undamaged condition along with the item. However, the damages due to mishandling of the item are not covered under the policy.

We would require up to 10 working days after receipt of your product to process your refunds. We will refund the amount to your original card which was used to make the payments. You would get your money refunded within 7-10 business days after you making the cancellation request. In case of any delays caused at the end of Pinaken, we will update you with the same.
